by Michelle Bala

49

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing some quick and easy gift tags. I used Thanks Cursive Script Circle Die, Hello Cursive Script Circle Die and Stitched Circle Layers Die.

To create the tag base I die cut two circle shapes, the smallest and the third from the largest. I adhered them together than punched a hole in the top of the arch, as shown. I assembled the bases and allow for drying time.  Next, I colored up some cardstock with Copic Markers. I die cut Hello and Thanks Cursive Script and adhered them to the tag base. I added some coordinating twine and cord, and also Bright Jewels gems.

Here are the Copic colors I used:

pink: RV55 RV17 RV19

Thank You
by Michelle Bala

42

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a card that focuses on the simple, but beautiful Eucalyptus Collage Craft Die.  I combined it with the Wrapped

Stitch Rectangles Die and the Thank You Posh Script Die.

41

I made my card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 from kraft cardstock. I trimmed a second piece of kraft cardstock slightly larger than the card base. Secured the Wrapped Stitched Rectangles Die and die cut. Next, secure the Eucalyptus Collage Die in the center. Die cut the image.  I used Prismacolor Pencils to color the branch. I die cut the sentiment from the same kraft cardstock and used the same color pencils to add color. I adhered the top die cut panel to the card base with foam tape. Adhere the sentiment with glue. For a finishing touch I added some Bright Jewels gems.

Thanks for taking a peek!

You Rule Layered Castle
by Michelle Bala

21

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a layered castle card. All Memory Box supplies are linked below.

21

The trick to getting the layers to line up is to trim the each paper the same size than secure the die to the direct center of each paper. When assembling the layers I line them up first than trim the excess from the side, if any. Assemble the layers with foam tape, except the first layer/ or base layer. Adhere that directly to the card base.
21

For the top panel, I framed the castle layeres with the Double Stitched Rectangles Die. I also used some elements from the Majestic Achievements stamp set. I added some Bright Jewels to give shimmer.

Thanks for stopping by!

Light Up Castle Card
by Michelle Bala

34

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a castle light up card. I used the newest Collage Dies:

  • Fantasy Castle Collage Die
  • Imperial Castle Collage Die
  • Stone Keep Castle Collage Die

34

I die cut the castles using cardstock from 6x6 Paper Packs in shades Vibrant Violet, Lush Green, and Fresh Aqua.

I trimmed off the outer frames and just kept the Fantasy Castle and Imperial Castle. The Stone Keep Castle was left intact.

Layer them as shown and secure them with removable tape. Turn the layers over and place a piece of vellum paper over the back panel.

Place the light mechanism ( I used an EZ- Light) on an area that can hide the battery pack. Place the lights in a few windows. Secure with clear tape.

Be sure to hide the wires and secure the wires down with tape.

29

Turn the panels over and make sure the lights are placed correctly and works properly when pressed. If placement is good, than adhere all layers together.
29

Then flip the panels over to the back side again and place thick double sided foam tape on the back panel ( vellum side).

Do not place foam tape over battery pack or lights.  You can place it over the wires. Adhere the panel to the card base (4 2/4 x 5 1/2 )
29

Next I die cut the frame using Double Stitch Rectangle Cut Out Die. Adhere the frame to the card base.  I printed out the words 'Press Here' than used the smallest die from the Shining Star Set Dies and cut it out. I used the stamp set, Majestic Achievements, stamped, colored and die cut the sentiments.

I adhered the rest of the embellishments.

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a card I created using Elegant Succulent Stamp Set from the newest Summer Daydreams Release.  I randomly stamped the succulents onto a piece of cardstock. I used gray ink. I colored the florals with Copic Markers in shades:

Blueish Succulent- BG70, BG72, BG75, BG78, BV23; Green Succulent- G20, G21, G24, G46, BV23, RV93; Green leaves- YG23, YG25, YG17, BV25;

Blueish Leaves- BG70, BG72, BG75, BG78; Red Branch- RV69, RV99; Background- RV91
31

Next, I used the Double Stitch Rectangle Cut Out Die and die cut the colored panel. I splattered some white paint and allowed to dry. Than I chose a piece of dark gray paper from the Earth Neutral 6x6 Paper Pack. I trimmed it to fit the card base than used the same die to cut the stitched frame.
31

For the sentiment, I die cut the Thank You Streamlined Script Die two times. I used the Holiday Glitter Pad and a piece of cardstock I colored with the BG75.  I layered the sentiment. I assembled the card than added some clear jewels.

Hope you give it  a try! Thanks for stopping by!
