Happy Friday! The new Wildflower Field 6x6 Cling Stamp creates great backgrounds - big or small - for spring-into summer projects. Hi, Jean here with a collage-y design featuring a versatile new stamp from our Summer Meadow release.
Stamp Wildflower Field on pink cardstock with Nocturne VersaFine Clair. Get a great image by keeping the stamp attached to the clear backing layer and laying it on a hard flat surface. Ink it with Nocturne Versa Fine Clair - apply extra ink and pressure to the center of the stamp. Quickly place the cardstock onto the inked stamp and press it firmly with a large acrylic block - or a book - again applying extra pressure to the center portion.
Quickly heat-emboss it with detail clear powder. Cut the cooled design with die from the Vintage Tray 3D Embossing Folder and Die Set.
Cut black cardstock with the Vintage Tray die too. We'll use 4 of the offcuts to back the background blocks and the blossom - like a "top-shadow" instead of drop-shadow.
Cut the pink 6x6 from the Vintage Pastel Mirror Pad with the Gladiola Blossom and Leaves . Cut the stamens from Black Glossy Cardstock. Cut an extra of the larger stamen and remove the right half.
Cut white cardstock to 4-1/2" x 11. Score it at 5" to create a 4-1/2" x 6" card. Attach the stamped diecuts to the black diecuts. Attach the blossom to the second-smallest black diecut.
Attach the diecuts to the card - use foam tape for the blossom. Attach a Thank You Foil Greetings Black Circle Tab with foam tape. Punch and attach three 1/4" circles from the pink mirror cardstock - punch it from the reverse side for smoother edges. Cut a 4-1/2" x 6" piece of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
