A trio of chicks, a little lamb and a sweet bunny pose with a giant floral egg on a spring greeting. These cute spring icons are lightly layered for dimension - no foam tape required! Hi, Jean here with new layered designs from our latest release and a bit of inspiration for March's Spring Challenge.
Cut the Anemone Grove floral 6x6 with the approximately 3" tall Half a Dozen Eggs die. Cut a dark yellow-green 6x6 from the new Greenery Collection with the 4-¼" x 5-½" A2 Rectangle Frames die. Attach the rectangle to a side-folded white A2 card.
The Memory Box Color Collections create custom A2 cards in a wide range of colors. Lagoon, Greenery, Sunrise and Blush are our latest assortments. They're sturdy 110# solid core cardstock 6x6's in great colors for cardmaking throughout the year. Each set contains 3 each of 10 shades. Cut them with our A2-sized dies from the Rectangle Basics, Wrapped Stitched Rectangles or A2 Rectangle Frames sets.
Cut Layered Lamb from textured white cardstock. Color the legs with a black marker. Color the ear and muzzle areas of the base piece with Angel Pink Memento Luxe. Add dots of black marker to the eye areas. Lightly shade the edges of the bottom layers with iced spruce Distress Oxide. Heat-set the inks.
Cut the Layered Chicks from pale yellow and orange Sunrise Collection 6x6's. Dot the eye areas of the base layers with a black marker.
Cut Cute Layered Bunny from two shades of beige cardstock. Dot the eye area of the base layer with a marker.
Happy Easter Dover Script is a casual, freestyle greeting that looks great even when it's wonky. Cut it from the same green 6x6 as the card front. Attach it inside the card.
Thanks for visiting...hope you'll have time to create spring cards this weekend!
