Anemone Bloom Thank You Card by Sara Cook

Hi everyone. I have a gate fold card featuring the Anemone Bloom die set using a Birch Press Design layered gate fold die set.

Flower/Focal Point:

Die cut the Anemone Bloom from 110lb white card stock. Ink blend from center of flower to middle of the flower first with Fresh Ink French Lavender and then Distress Oxide Villainous Potion. For the stamen ink from the top down with French Lavender and then Villainois Potion from the bottom up, avoiding the tops. Ink blend from the bottom up with VersaFine Nocturne fading out towards the top. Form the petals using your fingers. Glue together using the envelope as a guide.

Gate Fold:

Die cut 3 of the purple papers from the Ocean Blue paper pad using the Birch Press Design Twinkle Frame Layer set using the lighter paper for layer A and so on. Adhere together.

Sentiment:

Die cut the same purple papers of just lighter and darker using the Thank You debut Script die set. Adhere together.

Assembly:

Cut white card to A2 size. Adhere the Twinkle Frame Layer tabs to the top of the panel. Cut the light purple flower pattern paper from the Anemone Grove pad to A2 and then trim 1 side slightly smaller then 4 1.4". Adhere on top the the A2 panel with the gate front, hiding the tabs. Adhere the flower to the center of the opening framing the flower perfectly. Adhere the Thank You sentiment to the inside, below the flower.
