Hi everyone. It is an exciting day! Christmas 2023 release is here!!! it is my favorite time of the year. I have a snow globe tag card today. There is so many different products released and I couldn't help but us a lot of them.
Background:
Stamp the Aurora Snowflake on a 4" x 5 1/4" white card stock with VersaMark ink. Heat emboss using a clear glitter embossing powder.
Globe Tag:
Die cut the 3rd from largest Nest Globes die from white card stock. Ink blend using Fresh Ink Silicone Blue. Add snow bu using the Snow Flurries stencil and white texture base on the top 2/3 of the tag. Let dry. Use a hole punch to add a hole at the top center of the tag. Die cut the Winter Tree Arch from Kraft card stock. Add some shading using Vintage Photo Distress ink. Add dries white glue to the tops of the tree and then cover with Rock Candy Distress Glitter. Let dry Die cut the Winter Tree Arch from white card stock and trim off the trees. Ink with VersaMark ink and heat embossing using the same embossing power as for the background. Adhere the Winter Tree Arch to the tag and then the snow bank on top of the trees. Add foam tape to the back.
Deer:
Die cut the deer from the Snowglobe Backer die set from Kraft card stock. Add shading using Vintage Photo Distress ink. Use a white gel pen to the ears, tail and upper back. Use a black gel pen for the eye, nose, and hooves. Glue the antlers to the of the head.
Poinsettia:
Die cut the Small Poinsettia Layers from a light pink card stock. Ink blend from the center out and in the cuts with Lumberjack Plaid Distress ink. Also ink the outline circle die cut with the same ink and adhere to the hole in the tag. Die cut the center and Classic Pine Needle Sprigs from shiny gold paper in the Vintage Pastel Mirror pad. Adhere the layers of the poinsettia.
Assembly:
Adhere the background panel to a A2 Kraft card. Ink up bakers twine with Lumberjack Plaid Distress ink. Let dry. Tie to the top of the tag. Adhere the tape to the center with the foam tape. Adhere the dear to the upper center of the snow bank. Adhere the pine needle sprigs and poinsettia to the lower left side of the tag. Add a Rose Greeting tab to the lower right hand side.
