Framed Blossoms by Jean Okimoto

The new Vibrant Leaf Corner - cut twice - frames a trio of blossoms from bud to bloom. All of the beautiful magnolias in our latest release can multi-task in different colors and become just about any flower you'll need for summer projects. Hi, Jean here - Happy Friday!

Prep Vibrant Leaf Corner by rubbing it briskly with scrunched waxed paper to help release the delicate, detailed design. Cut it twice from mint green cardstock. You'll have an extra pair of the small sprigs - save it for another project.

Cut Magnolia Blossom, the medium-sized Magnolia Blossom Trio flower and the smallest Magnolia Bud Trio bud from light peach cardstock. Daub the cone-shaped centers of the two blossoms with abandoned coral Distress Oxides. Attach the diecut pieces to a scrap of dark green cardstock to highlight the center details.

Attach the diecuts to a white A6 card (4-½" x 6-¼") - use foam tape for the top halves of the two blossoms. Add the pale gold Pastel Fairy Jewels - from the first column on the jewels sheet.

Mix, match and layer the different diecuts from the Magnolia Collection. Follow the picture on the die packages - or create your own unique blossoms for summer celebrations, thank yous and friendship cards. Diecut and assemble a stash of blossoms in different colors - they'll be ready for your next project!
