Hi everyone. I have a birthday card with a wreath using the Curved Magnolia Branch die set.
Wreath:
Die cut the Curved Magnolia Branch Twice, Magnolia Bud Trio, and the top die of the Plumed Gypsy Butterfly from heavy weight white card stock. Ink blend using Distress Ink Victoria Velvet, Bundled Sage and Vintage Photo. Adhere to die cuts together with blue, using the envelope image as a guide. It is pretty easy to follow. Die cut the bottom die of the Plumed Gypsy Butterfly from mirror gold paper form the Vintage Pastel Mirror Pad and adhere together. Splatter images with gold metallic paint.
Background:
Die cut a circle using the Circle Basics Set from the upper center of a heavy weight white A2 side card base. Ink blend all over with Distress Ink Victorian Velvet then Vintage photo. Heavier ink around the outside edge and toward the center more randomly. Take Ground Espresso and edge the paper with the darker ink. Splatter with Vintage Photo and a metal gold paint. After drying add foam tape to the back of the panel.
Assembly:
Adhere the dark brown with gold wave paper from the Magnolia Grove Paper pad to a A2 top folding card base. Trim off excess. Adhere the background panel on top. For the sentiment gold hot foil on cream card stock Posh Birthday Wishes. Die cut with matching die. Adhere to the center opening. Adhere the Curved Mangolia Branches around the opening. Adhere the Plumed Gypsy Butterfly in upper righthand corner, and adhere the flowers and leaves around the wreath.
