Happy Thanksgiving to everyone celebrating today! We are truly grateful and appreciate your support of Memory Box, Poppystamps and Birch Press Design throughout the years. Hope we've inspired and encouraged you to share your creativity on your projects. Hi, Jean Okimoto here with a fall slimline for you.
Paint watercolor paper with watery, layered inks in shades of pink, orange, yellow and green. Spritz it with Imagine's Gold Sheer Shimmer Spritz. Set it aside to dry.
Cut cream cardstock with the 2-¼" x 7-⅛" Wrapped Stitched Slim Rectangles die.
Cut kraft cardstock with the Birch Tree Trunks die set. Save the other trees for another project.
Cut the dried watercolored paper with the Exquisite Leaf Set.
Attach the leaf and tree diecuts to the rectangle. Attach the rectangle to the a slightly darker cream slimline card (3-⅝" x 8-½").
Stamp the greeting - from the Sweet Christmas Clear Stamps Set - with Lightning Black Brilliance.
Add gold gemstones from the Autumn Fairy Crystals set. Cut a slimline-sized rectangle of cardstock to protect the card front for mailing.
This basic design works for other seasons - and reasons - too. Switch to shades of green for a leafy spring card. Add butterfiles and/or tiny blossoms for a summer card. Or snowflakes with a snowman or sled for the holidays!
Thanks for visiting the blog! Keep warm - and have a great weekend too...
