Hello there. I have a colorful rainbow ocean scene card to share today using the Ocean Fish embossing folder (EF), matching dies and stencils. All these products together made the process pretty easy.
Started by die cutting all the fish from Bristol paper. Spritz them with water then embossed them in the EF. Let them dry briefly before inking them with distress inks in rainbow colors using finger brushes and the coordinated stencils.
The background is Bristol paper embossed with the Underwater 3D embossing folder. Heat embossed the sentiment from Deep Blue Ocean stamp set with white embossing powder on black glossy paper. Assembled the card onto a white card base then for fun, added some googlie eyes to finish.
If you know me, I love coloring die cuts with my Copic markers, so I admit I have underestimated how useful stencils are. They make coloring so much easier and quicker! Well that does it for me. Thank you for joining me today. Have a wonderful weekend.
