Today's Halloween project somehow ended up with everything on one card. Like two collages, domes, 3 colors of glitter, ghosts and pumpkins and an underwater castle - or an overgrown royal garden. Hi, Jean Okimoto here on a cold, rainy weekend that's perfect for indoor cardmaking.
Cut the largest Nested Globe from black cardstock and the dark orange 6x6 in the Sunny Orange Collection. Cut the black globe with Kelp Collage. Remove the small kelp strand on the right side. Cut the extra seaweed strands from black cardstock too.
Cut Fantasy Castle Collage from the light gray 6x6 in the Earth Neutral Collection. Cut the moat (or wall) too. Attach strips of ¼" lined doublestick tape behind the window cutouts. It takes a few minutes now, but it'll be easier to attach the yellow diecuts for the lights later. Promise!
The little ghosts and pumpkins are from the Haunted Entrance Dome Layer set. Cut them from the white and orange 6x6 sheets in the Frosted Glitter Pad. Cut an extra set of ghosts from black cardstock and attach them behind the white ghosts - offset to add dimension and a layer of black behind their mouths.
Attach the diecuts to a side-folded 5-⅜" square card of Kraft Woodgrain Cardstock.
Cut the windows from the yellow 6x6 in the Frosted Glitter Pad and just press them onto the tape in the cutouts. It's a lot easier than gluing 20 tiny pieces.
Mix, match and layer the different designs from the Memory Box collage collection. Try different combinations of these dies and create unique cards for holidays, celebrations and everyday greetings.
Thanks for visiting - see you next week!
