Anchors Me by Trina Pham
Hello and happy Saturday. I have a quick nautical card to share today featuring the You Anchor Me stamp and die set.
The anchor was die cut 6 times from scraps of regular white cardstock to be stacked for dimension. A small circle punch was used to make the hole bigger. The rope from End of My Rope was die cut from silver metallic paper and wrapped around the anchor.
Next, took a 5”x3.75” mixed media panel from my stash and ink smooshed Prize Ribbon distress ink using a piece of acetate. I find this method gives me more control because I can wipe away some of the ink before pressing down onto the paper. Black heat embossed the sentiment, then mounted the panel onto a white card base atop two layers of thick white cardstock for a bit of dimension. Added some clear drops to finish.
Quick and simple and that does it for me today. Thank you for joining me. Have a wonderful weekend.
