the dies
This is the first card I made:
my steps to make this card
- die cut the Dreamy Freesia three times from green plaid paper
- choose a coordinating green cardstock and cover the front of a white notecard
- die cut the Slim Pinpoint Heart Frame from the CreamWoodgrain Paper and trim it to fit the length of the card before adding it on top of the green cardstock
- cut a bunch of hearts from Cream Woodgrain Paper using the Double Stitch Loving Heart Cut Out dies
- glue the freesia stems behind one of the hearts so that the flowers pop out of it and add a narrow strip of the same green cardstock behind the flowering heart then add to the card front
- stack two of the smallest hearts and add to the narrow green strip
The other two cards are similar except that I added a coordinating large plaid heart behind the flower bouquet heart on each one. The card on the left has three freesia stems and the red one on the right has only two with a small white heart "hidden" behind them.
Happy Crafting!
These are so pretty. A great idea to use PP this way and one I shall try myself in the future.
