Hello Card by Donna Sledzik

Hello everybody! Today I have a clean and simple card for you.

• I started by creating a distress ink background to go behind the butterfly die cut. I blended Citron Distress Oxide and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide on watercolor paper. I inked a piece of corrugated cardboard with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink and stamped into the blended background. 
• Next, I die cut the Stained Glass Butterfly in the center of a piece of white cardstock.

• I I trimmed and glued my inked background to a white card base. 
• Next, I stamped the word Hello under the die cut window and used foam tape to adhere it to my card base.
• I die cut a frame from the Square Basic die set, that is slightly smaller than the Butterfly die cut.
• Next, I glued the butterfly die cut to the back of the frame and then adhered it to the die cut window on the front of the card.
