Tall Rainbow by Trina Pham
Hello everyone. I’m playing with the Nested Globes dies from the Spring collection again and stretching them to make a tall rainbow.
I started by picking out the papers from the various 6x6 paper packs (see supply list below). I skipped the two largest dies and used the remainder for a five arch rainbow. The papers were trimmed to the width of the corresponding dies. The dome shape was partial die cut on one end, then the next smaller die one size down was used to cut out the arch, shifting and die cutting down the length of the paper. I did partial die cutting when possible to not waste the beautiful paper.
The clouds and Pinpoint Burst background were die cut from Bristol paper. The rainbow was also adhered to a Bristol panel that was die cut to the largest 3” globe shape. .
The sentiment from Joyful Moments was white heat embossed on black cardstock and fussy cut out. Assembled the card on a white top folding card base to finish.
So in honor of St. Patrick’s Day tomorrow and inspired by some challenges, I made a fun unconventional one. 😂
To get the wider rainbow arches, the die two size smaller was used instead.
And that is all for today. Thank you for joining me. Have a wonderful day!
