Rainbow Shaker Card
by Michelle Bala

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a rainbow shaker card! I used the newest Spring 2021 supplies!

I created the card base, a  3 1/2 x 8 1/2  slimline style. I die cut the panel with the Slimline Basic Rectangle Die.

Center and secure the Arched Collage Die, die cut.  Trim a piece of clear acetate and secure behind the die cut arch.

Using the same Arched Collage Die, die cut each color of the rainbow. Save the extra cut outs for later projects.

Place each rainbow color into their perspective slot in the die cut panel.  Secure with washi tape.

Turn the panel upside down and add a layer of glue to each color arch.

Turn panel right side up and center it on top of card base. Press firmly on rainbow arches. After a minute, gently remove washi tape.

Stamp the sentiment in the top, right corner.   Turn die cut panel upside down and add a double layer of foam tape framing out the rainbow.

Scatter a mix of sequins on top of the rainbow. Secure the top, die cut panel over the sequins and rainbow.

Die cut and adhere the butterfly.

Enjoy shaking!

Anyone who can make great shakers is an excellent card maker in my book. This is wonderful - colourful and beautifully designed.

Johanna, thank you so much for your sweet comment!!!
