Greetings friends. I am so happy to say that there is a new Memory Box release! I was immediately drawn to the new Crystal Heart die because I knew that the possibilities were endless for how you decide to color the die.
For my card, I decided to use 6 colors of glitter paper from the Memory Box Frosted Glitter pad. I chose six because I figured it was enough colors that I wouldn't have to worry too much about how to place the colors without the same color being next to itself.
To make the card, I cut out 6 glitter hearts:
Now I have lots of leftover pieces of glitter paper to make more cards. The glitter paper is thick enough that the pieces didn't just fall out. However, I did place repositionable tape behind the leftover pieces so that they wouldn't fall out of the die and I would be able to find the correct pieces at a later date.
I paper-pieced the glitter pieces into a black cardstock heart and then added my sentiment below. Here is a close up:
I'm curious. How would you use the die? Would you paper-piece the heart? Color the triangles? I would love to know. Have a great weekend!
Supplies
Fabulous design on this card. It would also look fab if you layer multiples of the frame and fill each section with translucent or glitter drops.

Beautiful die and a lovely paper pieced heart. Glitter and colour - what more could anyone wish for. I wonder if one could use Nuvo drops to fill each part?
