Peace Card by Donna Sledzik

Good morning everyone! Today's card is a fairly simple card to make. I started with a piece of green cardstock and gold heat embossed the wreath image.

Then I used a blender brush and Rustic Wilderness Distress Ink to deepen the color green. 

I also used a paint brush and the same green to deepen the color of the leaves. You can add as much detail to your image as you want, but I really wanted to keep it simple.

Next I used a white gel pen to add color to my berries and spattered the background with white acrylic paint.

I die cut the word "peace", once from gold foil paper and twice from white cardstock. I glued all the words together ending with the gold word on top.

I gold embossed the sentiment on a strip of white cardstock and glued that to my card. 

I adhered the card front to a white card base and that's it!
