Playing With Pinecones

Membox1

Pinecones are such a great addition to any holiday or winter card.  Today we would like to highlight some of the cards you can create using the new Pinecone Stackers die.  Of course, don't forget the new patterned papers and glitter papers to accessorize your cards!

You can build your pinecone any way you want.  Adding a bit of Distress Oxide ink to the edges will add a bit of dimension to your finished piece.

Choosing a specific patterned paper for the background can change the look dramatically.  The plaids can get you a rustic vintage look.

How about sponging some Distress Oxide ink to the background to "frame" your diecuts?  Don't forget the splatters!

Who says pinecones have to be brown?  You can make them any color you want for a dramatic effect!

Have a great weekend!

Gorgeous cards, I love the first with the sparkle in the branches and love the dimension in the pinecones!
