A snowy Single Pine Landscape sets the scene for the sweet little bear from the Snowglobe Backer set. Emboss some snowy accents - and add a new greeting from the Poppystamps Christmas Fun Clear Stamps set. Hi, Jean Okimoto here - it's plaid time!
Cut Single Pine Landscape Frame from green cardstock, remove the offcut and leave the remainder in the die. Daub VersaMark through the cutouts on the die and emboss it with white powder.
Cut the frame again from white cardstock - save the frame for another project Stamp the great greeting - from the new Poppystamps Christmas Fun set - with Tulip Red VersaFine Clair. Inset the white offcut into the frame and tape the pieces together on the reverse side.
Cut the 6x6 Christmas Plaid sheet with the largest Rectangle Basics die and attach it to a side-folded white A-2 card. Attach the Single Pine Landscape Frame, offset at an angle.
Attach adhesive label paper or a sticker sheet to brown wool-blend felt to stabilize the fabric and keep adhesives from saturating it. Cut the bear. Use a toothpick to define the eyes. Attach a scrap of black cardstock behind his head for the eyes and nose. Cut the reverse side of the plaid sheet with the smallest Half a Dozen Eggs die. The bear die has a debossed center section - but the felt obscures it - so it looks like he's gained some pandemic pounds. Attach the egg diecut. It complements the plaid background...and makes him look a little slimmer.
Attach ¼" punched circles of the red glitter sheet from the 6x6 Holiday Glitter Pad.
Have fun with your holiday cards - see you again tomorrow! Thanks for visiting...
