Pastels and Texture by Laura Fulcher

Greetings friends.  Today I wanted to show you what the 3-D embossing folders look like when you add a little color.  The 3-D folders have enough dimension to them that it is really easy to sponge a little chalk on top without getting chalk on the base of the cardstock.  Here is a closeup of the PanPastel I used on the embossed paper:

I like to use PanPastels because they are really easy to blend and apply evenly to the paper.  However, any chalk or pastel will work.  I like the soft look that you get from the chalks.
