Make three friendship cards with the Stylish Rectangle Trio and just 11" of Sunset Blush Wide Washi Tape. Eleven wasn't a magic number - it's just the cardstock length. Hi, Jean Okimoto here - hope it's the start of a creative weekend for you.
Here's a tip - that bright blue piece stuck to the tape is a strip of a thin kitchen cutting board. It keeps the tape from wrinkling and sticking to itself. It's also a great edge to tear the tape. And the flat area keeps the tape from rolling away, off the desk and onto the floor!
Attach Sunset Rose Wide Washi Tape to pink cardstock and cut the Stylish Rectangle Trio.
Stamp the greetings - from the Wild Rose Stem Clear Stamps and Die Set - on natural white cardstock with Shady Lane VersaFine Clair. Dry the ink, then cut the cardstock with dies from the Rectangle Basics set. Cut the "THANKS for always being there" strip with a larger die, then trim the excess from the bottom edge.
Washi tapes often have a waxy surface that won't work with some adhesives. Here's a tip ...before attaching the washi tape diecut to the card, cut and remove some of the washi tape with the smallest Rectangle Basics die. Attach the foam tape to the card itself. Attach the greeting strip to the foam tape.
Cut coordinating accent strips from the brown and dark green Dashing Stripes and Dots 6x6 prints. Cut strips from the pink and dark teal Cottage and Stripes and Dots 6x6 prints.
Attach the pieces to A-6 and A-2 cards of natural white cardstock. Cut hexagon accents with the Honeycomb Square and green glitter cardstock from the Twinkling Jewel 6x6 Glitter Pad.
There are many ways to use the new Sunset Blush Wide Washi Tape - it's great on peach or yellow cardstock too. Try different cardstock colors and other sections of the washi tape. The print repeats about every 14 inches - lots of tape for all of your projects!
Thanks for visiting...hope you're enjoying the cards we've created to keep you inspired during these challenging times...

Thanks Jan - it's used with a knife to cut veggies. Ask Chris - she'll explain.

Thanks Rosie - you can use both the delicate diecut and the rectangle offcut. I'll be using it often - here and for kits.
