Hello there. Today is not just the last day in May, it‘s also my birthday. And with that, I have an easy monochromatic birthday card to share using products from the newest Garden Party release.
The Birthday Cursive Script Circle was die cut three times from scraps of Bristol paper and stacked for dimension. Used scissors to snip away the circle. The solid candles from Tall Birthday Candles were then die cut from regular white cardstock and various aqua/teal pattern papers in the Garden Folly paper pack. Trimmed off the flame on the pattern paper candles and pieced on top of the white candles.
Next, ombre blended Peacock Feathers and Faded Jeans distress inks with blender brushes onto a Bristol rectangle panel. Splattered with water and lifted with a paper towel to give it texture. Dried the panel completely with my heat tool then heat embossed “wishes” from Poppy Stamps Birthday Blowout stamp set with white embossing powder.
Mounted the panel onto a white card base with fun foam and and assembled the card. Spritz the entire card with a sparkle spray for some shimmer to finish. Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful day and week.

Great card, your ink blending is always amazing. Love the way you cut the sentiment, it allows it to look more scaled to the rest of the images :)
