Michelle here! Don't you love it when a stamp can do double duty?!!! I used the new Sunflower Wreath Stamp and Die combo to create both cards. It was fun to color the sunflowers to look like daisies.
For this card, I embossed the Sunflower Stamp with gold embossing powder. I colored the florals with Copic Markers. I used shades Y13, Y35 (centers); BV0000, BV01, BV11 (blue violet); RV11, RV32, RV34 (pink); BG11, BG53 , BG57 (teal); YG21, YG23 (leaves). After die cutting, I splattered with white and gold paints.
I trimmed a piece of green cardstock to 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 and inked up the perimeter with peeled paint distress oxide ink. Adhere the trimmed panel to the card base. Trim a piece of vellum paper and stamp the sentiment. Overlap the vellum around the wreath and adhere to the card. For a finishing touch I added some gold sequins.
For the next card I colored the sunflowers as follows I stamped the wreath with antique linen distress ink. I used Copic Markers in shades leaves: G20, G21, G24, G46, G99, Y18, N2; petals: Y08, Y18, Y38, YR23, E99, N0; centers: E57, E27, E29, E77, E49. I die cut the wreath than added some white accents with a gel pen, some paint splatteres and lemon meringue glitter glue.
Adhere the die cut wreath to the card base. I embossed the sentiments with white embossing powder. Scatter some gems. Hope you enjoyed! Thanks for peeking!
