Transform the Hugs Loving Heart into a Love Airy Script heart with a quick trim. It's an easy way to create custom designs with your favorite greeting dies. Add a glittered Scribble Rose Trio and your Valentine card is ready to go. Hello, Jean Okimoto here with a snip-and-go technique for great greetings.
Cut Hugs Loving Heart from red cardstock. Remove "hugs" with three quick snips - save it for another project. Cut Love Airy Script from the same red cardstock.
Cut the pale gray dotted print from the Dashing Holiday 6x6 set with the largest Double Stitch Loving Heart Cut Out die. Attach the Loving Heart outline and Love Airy Script to the gray heart background.
Cut the Scribble Rose Trio outline from white cardstock. Cut the triple background from red glittered cardstock.
Attach the diecuts to a side-folded gray A-2 card. Add pale gold gem stickers.
I think it's great when we can alter our diecuts and create something new. Try this technique with some of the words from our Jotted designs too!
Special thanks to everyone from last week's BIRTHDAYS HAPPEN class at Impress! Thanks to Jan, Jenny, Robin and Jacky for the great snacks too. Thanks again Ann, Erin and Lynne - for helping everyone fill their baskets with the latest papers, tools and toys.
If you're in the Seattle area, join us for a new class this Saturday. We're using the great dies and stamps from the Valentine 2020 Collection and making cards with a hearts-and-hugs theme. Make cool cards to celebrate friendship, send a hug or remember someone special on Valentine's Day.
Thanks for visiting - keep warm, see you again next week!

Great trimming of the original sentiment and getting the most of your dies. The color combo is so pretty, too!
