The Snow Bunny Deep Edge Die Set is great for other winter friends too...like this furry felt polar bear cub. Add a Starry Burst background and "cheers" from the Merry and Bright Mistletoe Clear Stamps Set and you've just created another Christmas card! Hi and Happy Halloween to everyone celebrating - Jean Okimoto here with more reasons to add the Snow Bunny set to your Memory Box collection.
Attach adhesive label paper (or a sticker sheet) to white wool-blend felt and diecut some Snow Bunny pieces for the bear. The paper layer stabilizes the felt and keeps liquid adhesives from soaking through. Cut the eyes and nose from black cardstock. Cut the ears with the 1" Circle Basics die.
Cut all of the the accent pieces - except the small ear circles - from the Dashing Holiday 6x6 prints. Cut the small ear circles from the Dashing Stripes and Dots print.
Assemble the polar bear - use foam dots near the ends of the scarf.
Cut turquoise cardstock with the 4-¼" Square Basics die. Cut it with Starry Burst - save the 2 bigger stars. Attach little pieces of silver glitter paper behind the star cutouts.
Stamp the greeting from the Merry and Bright Mistletoe Clear Stamps on white cardstock with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide. Emboss it with detail clear powder.
Attach everything to a top-folded 5-½"square white card. Add the 2 saved stars. Square cards require extra postage - but I hope you'll agree that this one's worth every penny of it!
The new Dashing Holiday and Dashing Stripes and Dots 6x6 prints are the perfect mix of holiday designs, plaids, stripes and dots. They've even been designed so the very holiday-ish designs have non-holiday prints on the reverse side so you can use them for other occasions. The versatile reds and charcoals will be perfect for Valentine's Day. The Deep Edge dies collection is designed for mixing and layering prints - view them here, then imagine all of the ways you can use them
Thanks for visiting...see you again on Saturday!

I like him as a polar bear! I’m not scared of him at all. That’s a great new background die. Thanks, Jean!
