Hugs Card by Isha Gupta
Hello and Welcome! It's Isha sharing a mixed media CAS card with you today. Hope you enjoyed our fun Blitz week using all the new supplies.
For today, I decided to share the same die as my last card. I loved the soft look of it but today, I have a vibrant card to share how bright color pop makes your creation look so different.
I started by creating a coral cardbase. I then cut a white mat layer using the mixed media paper. Now I applied some yellow acrylic paint to it and let it dry. Once dried, I die-cut it using the basic circle die. I then die-cut the wreath using black cardstock and the center floral sprig from the same die in white. I then adhered the black wreath to the colored circle and adhered this to a white mat layer.
I then stamped the sentiment in the center. Finally, I added a bit of soft color to the floral twig and added a part of it inside the center.
Lastly, I adhered this mat layer to the cardbase. To finish apply some clear sparkle to the wreath and the small flowers.
Here is a close up
Easy isn't it? Have a wonderful crafty day!

I like the irregular background in bright yellow. Adding a couple of painted flowers looks nice.
