Pinpoint Heart Circle Frame, Love Jotted Script - and lots of glitter - create a sparkly Valentine that's sure to impress! Hello, Jean Okimoto here with a warm pink design on a cold winter weekend.

Paint watercolor paper with diluted Memento Dye Ink refills - Rosebud, Angel Pink and Lilac Posies. Heat-set it from both sides to minimize curling. Still curled? Cover the dried watercolor paper with printer paper and press it by running it through a diecut machine with the cutting plate and platforn.

Remove the inner heart from the die and cut pink glittered paper and a scrap of white cardstock. Layer the hearts, slightly offset, for dimension.

Attach Scor-Tape to watercolor paper and cut it with the narrow outer frame.

Cut the inner portion from white cardstock - leave the diecut in the die. Remove the offcuts.

Remove the tapeliner from the large circle. Press the diecut (still in the die) firmly onto the adhesive-covered large circle. The pokey tool is propping the die up to show the die being removed from the diecut attached to the adhesive. The crumpled tape liner is nearby, just for special effects!

Brush ultrafine iridescent glitter onto the exposed adhesive around the diecut. The diecut is now completely adhered - and surrounded by pretty glitter.

Cut the delicate Love Jotted Script from pink glittered paper - back the paper first with an adhesive label or sticker sheet if it's very lightweight. Squeegee glue onto a scrap of white cardstock then cover it with another piece of cardstock. Place it between two sheets of printer paper and run it through the a diecut machine with the platform and cutting plate to adhere the pieces. Cut it with the bold greeting background.

Attach the diecuts to a white A-6 (4-½" x 6-¼") card. Attach gray gem stickers - or clear gem stickers colored with a Sharpie or Copic Marker.
