Heart Border Frame and Have a Heart Die Set by Jean Okimoto

Create a glittery floating Heart Border Frame card for Valentine's Day, weddings or anniversaries - then add layered hearts from the Have a Heart Die Set. Here's a quick and easy card that may look a bit complicated...but isn't.

Hello, Jean Okimoto here with a simple way to adhere two delicate frames - and add glitter - with just a single square of tape. The inner square of the outer frame (!) is filled with a square of tape. The tape multi-tasks by attaching the layers...and creates a glittery background too.

Cut both Heart Border Frames from white cardstock.

Cover a 3-½" square of white cardstock with Scor-Tape or Couture Creations tape. Cut it with the 3" Square Basics die.

Carefully adhere the edges of the taped surface behind the large frame. Attach the smaller frame diagonally. Brush ultra-fine glitter onto the remaining exposed adhesive. I've used Martha Stewart Crafts Amethyst Glitter from my stash here.

Cut two each of the three hearts from the Have a Heart Die Set. Layer them for dimension. Glue the stacked hearts to the background. It takes a few minutes for the glue to set up.

Attach the diecuts to a top-folded 5-¼" square white card. Add pink or lavender gem stickers.
