Hello and Welcome! It's Isha with you today. It's so hot here so I wanted to use some soft colors. Actually I really love how this card came along.
I started with a white cardbase. I then die-cut a white mat layer using the 2nd. biggest die from the Wrapped Scalloped Rectangles but I didn't use the positive, I actually used the negative remain of the panel as a border.
I now cut another white panel, same size as the card front. I then took some Faber Castell design memory craft Glaze , mixed it with 4 colors of distress inks and applied to the layer, let dry. This gives a beautiful, fresh look to the background.
I now die-cut the Fresh Picked Flowers 3 times using white cardstock and stacked them together. I now sponged some ink to it for color. Finally, I applied versamark ink to it and embossed using clear glitter embossing powder.
Here is a close-up to see all the glitter and shine.
To finish, I assembled everything together. Stamped and embossed the sentiment from the Birch Press design "Just Because Stamp", cut a stripe and adhered to the card.
Hope you got inspired from today's card. Have a wonderful crafty day!
