I have one last valentine before Wednesday and it uses multiples of the DOUBLE STITCHED HEARTS 99929 and the WRAPPED STITCH FRAMES 30117.
to make this card:
- Start with a cream notecard.
- Die cut the largest Wrapped Stitch Frame 4X5.2 from red cardstock and adhere both pieces--the frame and the inside rectangle--to the front of the notecard.
- Die cut the next to the smallest Wrapped Stitch Frame 2.5X3.8 from cream cardstock and adhere both pieces--the frame and the inside rectangle--to the front of the notecard, placing it at an angle.
- Die cut the Double Stitched Hearts (five hearts in different sizes) from red cardstock, Cranberry Distressed Dots paper, and Cranberry Gingham paper.
- Secure the hearts to the cream frame, placing some flat and raising some with pop-dots. (I did not use all of the ones I had cut out. I saved one for the inside and stowed the others away in the envelope with the die for another project.)
for the inside of the card:
- Die cut the Wrapped Stitch Frame 2.5X3.8 from red cardstock. Adhere on the inside of the notecard at the top.
- Add a piece of the Cranberry Gingham paper underneath it.
- Die cut the smallest Wrapped Stitch Frame 1.8X3 from cream cardstock.
- Stamp the sentiment "you are so special" from the WIREWORKS HEART Clear Stamp Set CL5218 on the cream rectangle. I used Archival Vermillion ink.
- Adhere the cream frame and inner rectangle at an angle over the red one. Add one of the Cranberry Gingham hearts to finish it.
Here are the materials I used:
