Snowflake by Penny Ward
Happy New Years Eve!!!!
Penny here with a very simple yet stylish Thank You card. With Christmas behind us for another year, it is time to write Thank You cards to friends, family and coworkers. This creation of mine really stands out using only White and Kraft cardstocks. Do parents still teach their children to write Thank You notes? My kids are in their late 20's and I taught them long before I started making cards. You can't hold a tweet or Facebook post in your hand, or slip it into a shoe box to bring out later to admire.
I do love sending real cards because I like receiving them also. How about You?
Let's do this:
Start with a White cardstock base measuring 4.25 x 5.50 inches. Round the corners.
Cut a piece of Kraft cardstock 3.75 x 5 inches, round the corners and ink the edges with Distress Oxide Vintage Photo. Adhere to card front.
Die cut Chancery Snowflake Outline with White cardstock and die cut Chancery Snowflake with White Glitter cardstock. Adhere together, then to the center of the card front.
Stamp and heat emboss greeting from the Sentimental Iris stamp set.
Add Natural Jute as shown.
Pretty Easy Peasy Mr. Sneezy!!!!
Hope you have the most wonderful and crafty 2018,
Supplies
