Let It Snow
by Isha Gupta
Hello and Welcome! It's Isha with you today. Last week we had our first snow of the season and the new "Batavia Snowbreeze" die, totally set me in the mood for this glittery, yet soft kind of card. Just like snow :)
To create this card, I cut a mat layer using white cardstock and the die-cut the "Batavia Snowbreeze" Die. I then sponged some distress inks to the edges and added tiny rounds. To add these tiny round snow, I die-cut the same die onto a piece of another cardstock and used the tiny circles as my stencil.
I then took a scrap piece of cardstock, applied versamark ink to it and added 3 colors of glitter embossing powders. I used this piece behind the mat layer. I then die-cut the words "Let It Snow" using the same DIY glitter paper. Here is a close-up to see all the glitter.
Hope you enjoyed this card. Have a wonderful crafty day!
