Hello Memory Box friends. Penny here today with a bit of watercolor and die cutting. I am totally in love with this Snowflake Lens die. I mean really...all you need is the one die and a sentiment to create your card. Use festive colors or elegant colors to create holiday and winter themed cards.
Here's how I made this card:
Start with a white card base. My example is a 6 inch square card.
Cut Green cardstock 6 x 6 inches and adhere to base card.
Cut watercolor paper 5.25 x 5.25 inches. Sprinkle with Lindy's Magicals, then spritz with water. Let dry and die cut with Snowflake Lens.
Edge the watercolor panel with Delicata Golden Glitz ink, then add a scrap of Navy cardstock behind the die opening and adhere to card front.
Finish card by adding a heat embossed sentiment from the Merry Christmas Sentiments set. A little faux stitching along the sides with a White gel pen and a pretty brad.
We love seeing what you make with Memory Box dies and stamps. Please join us in our challenge this month HERE.
Happy Holiday Crafting,
