Good morning everyone,
Today I have a Christmas card for you that features a few new stamps and dies, along with some older ones. That's the great thing about Memory Box , the old and the new products work well together to create beautiful cards.
To make this card I cut two pieces of white cardstock 4"x 5 1/4" and placed the Country Road Oval die in the center and die cut it. On the second piece of cardstock I sponged Candied Apple Distress ink on it and misted it with water. I glued the oval die cut piece on top up the inked background. Next I glued the cabin die cut back into the oval.
Next I die cut the Oval Snowflake Frame from white cardstock and using foam tape I adhered this over the cabin oval.
For the holly leaves I sponged watercolor paper using Mowed Lawn and Forest Moss distress inks, and the Holly Collage die to cut the leaves. For the sentiment I stamped on a licorice cardstock strip and embossed with white embossing powder.
To finish the card assemble as shown and adhere the card front to a white card base.
Thanks for stopping by today!
