Stitched Stars by Penny Ward
Hello, hello..... These stars!!!!! I made them into ornaments, but oh the possibilities! Depending on how you arrange the stars on your cardstock before diecutting, you can have stitched, non stitched or a combination of both like I have done on my card.
Let's do this:
Start with a White card base trimmed to 4.25 x 11 inches, then folded in half. Ink the long edges with VersaFine Majestic Blue.
Cut Shimmering White cardstock 4 x 5.50 inches. Emboss some diagonal lines with a Scoring Board. Stamp sentiment from the Merry Christmas Sentiment stamp set using VersaFine Majestic Blue ink.
Die cut Stitched Stars from Luxury Matte Silver cardstock. (While cardstock is still in the metal die, I take tiny bits of clear tape to keep the parts together).
Adhere Blue twine to back of stars and wrap over the edge of the White panel. Now adhere the card front to base card.
Now that was pretty Easy Peasy Mr. Sneezy!!!
Happy crafting,
