Neighborly Narwhal
by Melissa Rusk

The new release has so many cute under the sea creatures! Today I made a card using the Neighborly Narwhal die that is great for any occasion.

For my underwater background I used some of the new Distress Oxide inks from Tim Holtz in Cracked Pistachio, Broken China and Faded Jeans. I blended the three colors on water color paper and then sprayed it with water. The result is so fun! I used the Studio Circle dies to cut out a circle from the inked background and cut a larger circle from a blue card stock.

I die cut the narwhal in a gray card stock and his horn from a glitter paper. Then I die cut a few of the small brain coral die in a light blue to add some embellishment. I finished the card with some sequins that look just like bubbles.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today!
