It's almost time for Cookie Swap Season, so I've been going through cookbooks and holiday magazines reading cookie recipes. I'm not much of a cookie baker, though--but I do know how to freeze those I buy during a Cookie Walk at the local church fair! Because the packaging is important to me when giving food gifts, I made some tags featuring the KITCHEN ESSENTIALS die no. 99527.
Materials Used:
- KITCHEN ESSENTIALS die no. 99527 cut from silver mirror cardstock
- STITCHED SCALLOPED CIRCLES die set no. 30047, a center one cut from Cranberry Snow Memory Box patterned paper and a larger one from a heavy white cardstock
- miniature bows (in a package of 6 from JoAnn's)
- Black dots on white grosgrain ribbon
- hole punch; double-sided tape/tape runner; glue dots
A Stack of Four Tags:
These are going to look soooo cute tied onto bags of cookies!
I know I will make another dozen or more of these tags to tie onto other food gifts from my kitchen (strawberry jam) and small loaves of breads. Having the tags ready will help motivate me to get to work in the kitchen this December!
Happy Crafting!
I like this tag design! It's different but also has a holiday theme.

Oh my goodness Anne, I love these! I make a lot of goodies, pickles and jams for Christmas gifts too and these would be sweet on them.
