Spooky Countryside Circle Haunted by Big and Small Spiders
by Anne

How about using the COUNTRYSIDE CIRCLE die no. 99579 along with the BIG AND SMALL SPIDERS die no. 99546 to create a spooky scene for a Halloween card?  I gathered these materials:

I made two cards using black and white cardstock and black and squash dotted papers.  For the "spooky" sentiment, I used Memento Tuxedo Black ink and a long-retired SPOOKY COLLAGE stamp G1387 on white cardstock, trimmed it down, and secured it to a piece of the black dot paper.

For this first card, I used black cardstock and made a top-folded card:

I used a tiny tiny piece of the squash dot paper for the house's window and punched a 1" circle moon for the night sky.  I pop-dotted the small spider onto the moon and added the large spider to the dot ribbon I tied at the top of the card.

The second card:

Similar to the first card, this one has the black dot paper covering the front of a white notecard.  The Countryside Circle was cut from a piece of black cardstock and then I tore the lower edge so more of the dot paper would be exposed on the card front.  I also added the sentiment on an angle near the bow and the large spider.

 Spooky enough?  I think so!!!

Happy crafting!

Anne Signature

I hate spiders, but your cards are so nice that I could love them!

Although I am not a big fan of Halloween, I must say I appreciate the creativity of this card :)

Wonderful card Anne. This inspires me to look at my dies in a different way :)

OOoooh, fun card. I love that countryside scene.

Very cute and not to much work. Love it Edna

Wow that is just so cool, love how you used the spiders with this countryside die, very cool!

Too cute to spook, Anne. Love the touch of the spider on the bow!

These look great even though I really am an arachnaphobe
