Hello!
Lindsay here with you today, sharing a little rustic Christmas card! The days are truly counting down, and it will be here before we know it! Have you sent out your cards yet? Here is a fun idea for you to try, using some basic dies, and a little ink.
To begin, I took a panel of rustic card stock, and applied a light blue ink to the front, in a circular motion. I set that aside, and began die cutting my wreath pieces, beginning with the Pinpoint Circles. Once I had my main circle cut out, I took the next smallest one, and cut the center out. I then die cut my leaves from different shades of green. I glued the circle down to the panel, and started adhering the greenery.
I then die cut the sled from black, and Kraft card stocks, trimming the pieces, and adhering them together. I also added a bit of ink to the sled with a sponge blending tool. Using the berries from the Stitched Holly leaves die set, I adhered them to the wreath, along with glossy accents to make them shiny. Lastly, I added a Merry sentiment die cut from gold card stock, and foam tape.
I hope you give it a try! Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great one!
Lindsay, love this adorable, rustic Holiday card with a few touches of shine (the gold and glossy accent berries).
