A colorful glittered Snowflake Collage is just one of many ways to use this great die...who doesn't love sparkly winter pastels? Jean Okimoto here today with the quick glittering technique I used on my November Challenge inspiration card. It's great for many, many of the Holiday and Winter 2015 designs.
Cut Snowflake Collage, then attach Scor-Tape behind it. Brush Martha Stewart Iridescent Fine Glitter through the cutouts and onto the adhesive-covered snowflakes. It's as easy as that!
Stamp your greeting with VersaMark and emboss it with Imagine Crafts Gold Embossing Powder. It's not officially called "detail" or "extra-fine" - but it acts like it is, and creates beautiful results.
Need a custom-sized text block? Diecut the embossed greeting with the 1-¾" x 2-¾" Stitched Rectangle Layer. Trim the excess cardstock off using the inner edge of a larger Stitched Rectangle Layer. Attach the greeting with foam dots and add opalescent green sequins.
Please visit our Ideas Gallery for detailed directions and more holiday ideas.
Special thanks to everyone who took the Sweet Thoughts class at Impress - who knew we could create so many sweet treats from Memory Box, Open Studio and Poppystamps dies? See everyone again at the Asian Holiday Greetings class on November 7th.
Thanks very much for stopping by...keep warm and dry!
Beautiful!

Thanks SmilynStef - those are my favorite winter pastels - but it would look pretty in shades of pink, orange and fuchsia too!
