10 Minute card by Penny
Hello Memory Box lovers...Penny here today with a super quick Fall themed Birthday card. It looks way more difficult to achieve, but I promise this is a 10 minute card. As a bonus, this card looks rather masculine and they are the hardest for me to make. How about you?
So...Let's Make a Card:
Make a card base from White card stock measuring 4.25 x 11 inches, folded in half.
Grab a large scrap of White card stock and apply Kaleidacolor Creole Spice ink using a brayer. Run it through your die cutting machine using the Modern Tile Background die.
Place the die cut outline of the Modern Tile Background onto card base in a position you are happy with. In the above card I positioned it so the squares are in a diamond shape.
Adhere the tiny squares into the outline die using your favorite adhesive. Lift the outline die leaving you with perfectly placed squares.
Stamp sentiment from the Party Time stamp set on an angle.
Add a little dimension to your card by popping up a leftover square with foam adhesive.
Wrap twine and adhere Sparkling Clear sequins as desired.
Round bottom right corner of card front.
With the right dies and inks, you can achieve a really quick card, yet the recipient thinks you spent hours. Shhh....I won't tell if you don't.
Hoping you have a wonderful crafty day,
Clever card and loving the colours x
