Looking for a quick Halloween card design? Here's an easy one...it's also great for mass-producing too, and you can create so many variations of it.
Cut a portion of Modern Tile Background from white, black and dark orange cardstock. Trim the white piece so it looks like the lines for a quick game of Tic-tac-toe. Stamp the Halloween Sideshow spider on four orange squares with VersaFine Onyx Black and emboss them with detail clear powder. Use a black marker to fill in the body of two of the spiders.
Attach the white, orange and black background pieces - at wonky angles - to a top-folded gray A-2 card. Diecut two small and one medium Swirling Ghosts and attach them to three black squares - use foam dots for the medium ghost.
Prep a scrap of black cardstock with the embossing powder tool. Stamp the greeting - from the Halloween Sideshow Clear Stamp Set - with VersaMark and emboss it with detail white powder. Trim it and attach it to the card. Attach green and purple sequins.
Thanks for stopping by. Have fun making this card - or your own variation of it!
Love the clever idea of this Halloween card and the modern tile background die is particularly gorgeous and useful. Fun card x

I love it, Jean. Another great use of the tic-tac-toe idea and the little "scrabble" tiles. Thanks!

Thanks Jacky C! How about a Halloween Scrabble card with words like "spooky," "tricks," "treats," etc? So many possibilities...
