Hello!
Here in Northeast Ohio, the leaves are turning, and the air is getting cooler. Let me just say, I am rebelling! I love bright, and happy colors, such as pink, and teal, and yellow! I know my fall/winter rejection can't go on forever, but I am giving it one last blast with this card.
The lovely Playful Petal Bundle is a perfect die for any season, but I wanted to use those adorable blooms as a bold accent to my impressed background.
I started by taking a piece of mint card stock, and trimming it into a standard A2 card size (4 1/4 x 5 1/2). Using the Stitched Bubbles die, I impressed it onto the front of the card multiple times, creating my own background.
Using the Curved Thank You die, I die cut it out of white card stock, and adhered it to the bottom portion of the card with foam tape. I then took pink ink, and did a little ink blending onto a scrap piece of card stock, that I then die cut my flowers from. I adhered those around the front of the card, some with foam, and some flat. To finish it, I applied some Wink Of Stella glitter and added a few rhinstones to their center.
Thank you for stopping in! I hope you give a few fun techniques, like Dry Embossing, a try! Until next time!
