Little Pink Houses

Good Morning, how is everyone enjoying their summer? We have had a slow start weather wise but my kids are determined everyday to wear summer clothes even though it is only 69 degrees outside. We are still having fun and doing most of our regular summer activities.

Today I have a fun summer card using the Circle Forest Scene 30043 using pink for the little houses. The sky in the background is just inked with torn paper and ink then the clouds. To add the greeting I used some of the Open Studio stamps Smile CL5152 and Hello CL5150. I love how all of these Open Studio stamp sets work together to build phrases. Tip: To get solid ink coverage on your clear mount stamps rub them with a white eraser before using them. You can see I should have been a bit more patient and rubbed just a little more on the N and the J in enjoy.
