Hello...hope your holiday weekend is off to a great start! Jean Okimoto here today with a design featuring our new Postage Set Die and Postage Set Designer Stencil. There are so many ways to use this great combination - here's just one of them...

- NEW Open Studio Party Time Clear Stamp Set CL5153
- NEW Open Studio Articles Ledger Cling Stamp CS2211J
- Blooming Lotus Outline Die 99099

- Brilliance Pearlescent Inkpads - Lime, Coral, Orchid, Orange
- Memento Dye Inkpad - Bamboo Leaves

Stencil the Brilliance inks onto white cardstock with the Postage Set Designer Stencil. Remove the stencil and clean it. Dry the inks . Replace the stencil and stamp Articles Ledger over it - at an angle - with Bamboo Leaves. Cut it with the Postage Set Die.
Cut the Blooming Lotus from pink vellum and Sugar Plum (keep the center portion) . Assemble the flower and trim the left side. Stamp the greeting on Cherry Blossom with Olive Grove and emboss it with detail clear powder.
Attach the pieces to a Bubblegum Notecard - use foam dots for the greeting. Attach pale green opalescent sequins. Coordinate the card with a matching Bubblegum Envelope.
Want to do something creative on Memorial Day? Join us for the GREETINGS FROM SEATTLE class at the Tukwila Impress - it's comfortably air-conditioned and cool in so many ways! The class is from 11:00 to 1:00 - so sleep in a bit, take a class, and still have time to picnic or barbeque.
While you're at Impress or shopping online - use the Coupon Code MD2015 for a special 30% discount off the price of one item - from May 23rd thru the 25th. It's the perfect time to buy that special Memory Box, Open Studio or Poppystamps item on your wishlist.
One last subject (I promise!) - Peerless Watercolors are now available at Birch Press. Peerless Watercolors are special papers coated with vibrant, saturated colors. Just use a waterbrush or wet paintbrush to pick them up and transform them into dreamy backgrounds and watercolored images. The Bonus Pack is an assortment of 40 beautiful colors.
Birch Press is an online specialty shop owned by Memory Box owners Dave and Monica Brethauer. It's a unique collection of beautifully-designed cards, journals, party goods, and items for dining, entertaining and daily enjoyment.
