Summer Themed Card
Good Morning Everyone!
I hope you all enjoyed the Blog Blitz last week and were inspired by the awesome projects. And congratulations to those who were lucky enough to win some of those new products!
Today's card is featuring some more great products from the 2015 Spring Release. I used one of the dies from the Open Studio Distressed Baptisia Collage Die set, and die cut it twice using watercolor paper. I sponged various colors of Distress Ink on the die cut piece and misted it with water. Spatter another piece of watercolor paper with diluted Distress Inks for the card background. The Sketchy Rings were die cut from Kraft Cardstock and inked with Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. Die cut the Swimming Seahorses from Jack-O-Lantern Cardstock and ink the edges using Gathered Twigs Distress Ink. For the sentiment, ink only a portion of one of the sayings from the Open Studio Smile stamp set.
Memory Box Products used:
- Open Studio Smile Clear Stamp Set #CL5152
- Open Studio Distressed Baptisia Collage Die Set #30044
- Sketchy Rings Die #99149
- Swimming Seahorses Die #99115
- Jack O Lantern, Pool and Kraft Cardstock
Have a great day and thank's for stopping by!
