Row Of Poppies
Happy Blog Blitz Thursday! We are well into the Memory Box Blog Blitz to introduce the 2015 Spring Collection. Is everyone having a BLAST? I love seeing what everyone has done with this amazing collection of dies, stamps and stencils.
Just be sure to leave a comment on any or all of the posts during the Blitz on the Memory Box Blog for a chance to win some of the amazing new products. You have until Sunday, April 19th, 11:59 pm EST to leave comments. We will be announcing winners the Outside The Box Blog on Monday, April 20th.
Today's Prize is Row of Poppies 99137 and here is the card I have created using it:
Actually I did 2 Row of Poppies 99137 next to each other to fill the card front. I topped the green stems with red/pinkish poppies. I went back and forth between red and purple, red one in the end I love how it pops on the light blue background which has been cut with the Beaded Background 99132 I turned it upside down so it seems the green dots are floating up. This was all layered over a green card which I hope gives the illusion of foliage. I have added small greenish rhinestones to add a touch of sparkle they are much more visible person. I just love the surreal feel it all gives.
Thank you for joining me on the Blog Blitz. Be sure to check back later for another amazing project and another FABULOUS giveaway later today! I will see you here.

Happy I have finally found poppy dies to go with popular poppy stamps!

That die is so cute, Marnie. The red is really a poppy color. What a fantastic job of adding all those flowers! I have tried growing them up in WI, but haven't had a lot of luck.

Poppies are my favorite! We need to make cards with poppies because it's a flower that doesn't like to come inside a home to enjoy...

The poppies are pretty, but the beaded background really caught my eye. That is most definitely on my wish list.
