Come Rain or Shine
Ever have a day that keeps switching between warm and sunny and then - just minutes later - cold and gray? Here's a card for a day like that! Jean Okimoto here with a typical Seattle spring card for you today.
- Blooming Lotus Outline Die 99099
- Blooming Lotus Background Die 99097
- Open Studio Come Rain or Shine Die Set 30027
- Graphite Notecard
- Dove Gray, Squash, Sweet Corn and Key Lime Notecards (for diecutting)
- Squash Gingham Signature Pattern
- Squash Dots Signature Pattern
- Squash Envelope
Cut the raindrops twice, at an angle, on Dove Gray. Cut Blooming Lotus Background from Squash. Cut Blooming Lotus Outline from Sweet Corn. Cut the center portion again from Key Lime.
Cut the umbrellas from Squash Gingham and Dots. Cut the handles from silver mirror cardstock.
Attach everything to a Graphite Notecard and add some clear sequins.
Why not make a few of these in pretty spring colors and have them handy for thinking-of-you cards to cheer someone up?
