Welcome the new season with Springtime Bunnies and tulips on a fresh little Sunflower card. Add topstitched edges to the card - and the Spring Border - with the versatile Stitched Rectangle Layers Die Set too. It's the Open Studio layering set that never quits...and never gets any rest either. I don't even bother to put mine away anymore!
- Open Studio Stitched Rectangle Layers Die Set 30009
- Springtime Bunnies Die 99109
- Spring Border Die 98115
- Delicate Blossoms Die 98839
- Meadow Notecard (for diecutting)
- Sunflower Notecard
Cut Spring Border from Meadow Cardstock. Cut the left, bottom and right edges of the border with the largest Stitched Rectangle Layer. Here's how it's layered - then I flip the entire stack over so the gray base plate is on the bottom when it enters the machine.
Cut Delicate Blossoms from watercolor paper and paint them with Peerless Watercolors. Cut the left, bottom and right edges of a Sunflower Notecard with the Stitched Rectangle Layer - to create a sweet little topstitched notecard.
[PS: The bunny dies have a little dot to mark the spot to draw their eyes, but I'm not good at little details like that, so I've left it up to you.]
