Happy Birthday Shaker Card
Hi Everyone,
Today I have a shaker card which features the new Happy Birthday All Star die.
I created the shaker window using the new Open Studio Rectangle Layer Dies. The front card layer was made by placing different widths of double sided tape across white cardstock. Peel back one piece of tape at a time and emboss using different metallic embossing powders. This step sounds labor intensive but actually worked up very fast. Die cut the rectangle window in the center of the prepared cardstock layer. Adhere a piece of acetate to the back of the window. On the back of this card layer outline the window with mounting tape. Add your sequins and glitter in the center of the acetate. Die cut a larger rectangle from brown cardstock and adhere this on top of the mounting tape. Assemble the rest of the card as shown.
Memory Box Products Used:
- Happy Birthday All Star Die #99129
- Open Studio Shaker Rectangle Frames #30003
- Open Studio Rectangle Layers #30033

Way cool! With those colors, it's fun, yet can still be masculine. TFS!
